The literary arm of The Agency Group represents a broad roster of writers, artists, athletes and pop culture brands to the book publishing world. Nurturing clients from original concept through completion, we take an innovative and free-ranging approach to the development and representation of content. We have placed books with every major house and have been unusually successful in developing books across platform. Many of our writers are bestsellers with books published in numerous countries worldwide.
The division is headed by Vice President Marc Gerald.
Sasha Raskin oversees foreign rights and is is assembling her list in everything ranging from business and sciences to fiction and narrative non-fiction.
Molly Derse heads up Cash Money Content as well as the digital rights initiative.
The UK literary department is headed by Jonathan Conway. He represents a diverse list of fiction and non-fiction writers, from the commercial to the literary, and manages the publishing careers of a number of high-profile media, cookery, music and sports personalities.
Juliet Mushens represents a growing list of fiction and non-fiction writers from big brands to exciting debut writers. On the fiction side she represents everything from fantasy to literary fiction, and will consider everything except writing for children under 10, picture books and hard SF. On the non-fiction side she particularly likes memoir, writing about gender, history and gifting books.
