The Agency Group | Return Home

The Agency Group is one of the world’s leading booking agencies, home to 50 agents with a combined roster of over 1,000 artists. We represent a wide variety of genres including rock, metal, reggae, folk, R&B, hip-hop, classical, and children’s entertainment and have Literary, Speakers, and Events departments operating out of the Los Angeles office.

We pride ourselves on building strong ties with artists and their managers by having each agent represent specific acts, unlike most agencies who work them in definite territories. Having offices located throughout the world - in London, New York, Los Angeles, Toronto, and Malmo - allows The Agency Group to easily offer global representation to acts that seek it and book as many markets as possible.

The Agency Group has been awarded “International Booking Agency of the Year” at the Pollstar Concert Industry Awards eight times and in 2007 and 2009, CEO Neil Warnock was voted “UK Booking Agent of the Year”.

Andy opened Talent Resource Agency, later named Bandwagon, in 1984 after a brief stint managing several punk rock bands and working as an agent at William Morris Agency. In 1987, Andy joined Ian Copeland’s legendary agency FBI where he continued to develop his clients as well as add new ones.  In 1990, Andy moved to California to join Triad Artists followed by ICM in 1992. In 1997, Andy went back to his independent roots by opening a West Coast version of his Bandwagon Agency.

Andy joined The Agency Group in 2001, when the company opened its first office in California.
